Step Into Work Program
Our Step Into Work program is designed to assist participants in becoming confident and capable within supported employment environments. We work closely with individuals to build job readiness and workplace skills, identify and enhance their personal strengths and abilities, and develop the confidence needed to pursue paid employment. Our tailored approach empowers each participant to grow, learn, and step confidently into meaningful work opportunities. Each phase of the Step Into Work program is designed to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment outcomes through structured learning, practical experience, and ongoing support.
