Our Step Into Work program is designed to assist participants in becoming confident and capable within supported employment environments. We work closely with individuals to build job readiness and workplace skills, identify and enhance their personal strengths and abilities, and develop the confidence needed to pursue paid employment.
Our tailored approach empowers each participant to grow, learn, and step confidently into meaningful work opportunities. Each phase of the Step Into Work program is designed to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment outcomes through structured learning, practical experience, and ongoing support.
The Step Into Work program helps participants move from learning to earning in four stages:
Skill Development – Learn workplace basics like communication, digital skills, and job planning etc.
Supported Volunteering – Gain experience and build confidence in real roles with mentor support.
Supported Employment – Try paid work with extra help to succeed on the job.
Open Employment – Get support to find and keep a job independently.
Each step builds skills, confidence, and work readiness.
